I’ve been pretty consistent with my eating plan, but this supplement took things to another level. I didn’t have it for the first week because of a delivery delay, and wow — I could really tell the difference once I started taking it. My constant snacking urge basically disappeared! The “food noise” quieted down a lot, and I feel much more in control throughout the day. Definitely worth it!
